How to Enroll

2026-2027 Dual Enrollment

Please follow all steps to enrollment in their entirety.

1. Complete the online application for Dual Enrollment (linked above), following the instructions below that pertain to you

• Application procedures and instructions for Public or Private school students
• If you are a new student, you must first click "Create Account" on the application link to create a new user account
• NOTE: Dual Enrollment students are not required to pay any application fees; any fees paid will not be refunded

2. Complete the 2026-2027 Enrollment Request

• The Enrollment Request must be completed and signed by the student, parent/guardian, and high school official
• Applications will not be considered without a completed and signed Enrollment Request

3. Submit Enrollment Request, Qualifying Scores, Transcripts, and Immunization Compliance forms to University Connection

• All transcripts, scores and enrollment forms are to be uploaded by the student in the application portal
• Immunization Compliance forms (mandatory for all students enrolling on UL Lafayette's campus)
• All pages of Compliance forms are required to be completed and submitted
• The State of Louisiana immunization records form will not be accepted in lieu of the Compliance forms, but can be used as a supplement
• For questions regarding the Compliance forms, please contact Student Health Services (immunizations@louisiana.edu)

4. Students and parents/guardians must read and agree to all terms and criteria set forth in the University Financial Obligation Policy and the 2026-2027 Dual Enrollment criteria

5. Dual Enrollment deadlines and important dates

• Monitor Email for updates to application status and enrollment information
• Late applications will not be accepted after the posted deadlines
• 2026-2027 dates and deadlines:

    Course Registration Opens	April 20	July 13	October 28
