How to Enroll




1.  Students will complete the online application for Dual Enrollment, following instructions below

  • Application procedures and instructions for Public or Private school students, click here
  • Application procedures and instructions for Homeschool students, click here

2.  Students will complete and submit the 2021-2022 Enrollment Request

  • The Enrollment Request must be completed and signed by the student,parent/guardian, and high school official
  • Applications will not be considered without a completed Enrollment Request

3.  Students will submit qualifying scores, high school transcripts (with junior year final grades and cumulative GPA), and Immunization Compliance form

4.  Students must read and agree to all terms and criteria set forth in the University Financial Obligation Policy and 2021-2022 Dual Enrollment criteria

5.  Students must submit Enrollment Request, qualifying scores, transcripts, and Immunization Compliance forms to University Connection

  • Application materials can be submitted through email (, mail, or delivered to our office, Martin Hall room 169. Masks and social distancing are required at all times.
