High School Dual Enrollment Application Procedures & Instructions

Step 1: Create your Application Portal Account

• Visit https://apply.louisiana.edu
• Click Apply Now under Undergraduate Admissions
• Click Create Account under Sign In
• Enter your information
• Choose:
  • Admission Type: Non-Degree
  • Student Type: High School Dual Enrollment
  • Academic Program: High School - Dual Enrollment
  • Entry Term: (the semester you’ll start)
  • Enter a password → click Create Account

After creating your account, you’ll be automatically logged in. If you need to return later: 

• your username = email address you provided 
• your password = the one you created

Step 2: Start a New Application

• In the Application Portal:
  • Click Create a New Application
  • Click Start a New Undergraduate Application
  • Click Yes, Start My Application

Step 3: Complete & Submit your Application

• Fill in all required fields → click Save & Continue on each page.
• Choose again:
  • Admission Type: Non-Degree
  • Student Type: High School Dual Enrollment
  • Academic Program: High School Dual Enrollment
  • Entry Term: (the semester you’ll start)
• Fee: Dual Enrollment applicants do not pay the application fee.
  • Select PAY LATER to submit the application without payment.
  • The fee will be waived automatically within 48 hours.
  • Do not try to pay, payments are not refunded.
• Type your name in the signature box.
• Click Submit Application.

After You Apply

• Watch your email for next steps.
• Submit required documents in the Application Portal under My Applications.
